I too have seen this trend of tearing down men in the media: TV, Movies and commercials where men are endlessly characterized as clueless dopes or overreaching tyrants. I guess it sells air time, but it's a destructive form of programming. Given that none of us are perfect, but we are all growing closer to God with each lesson learned, I tend to focus on our divine nature: men, women and children. The CCP has religion in the bullseye, since it provides a power higher than the Party. I fear that a focus on the universal nature of sin provides the CCP with yet another rationale for government to run our lives and dogma to replace spirit, so for me at least, I champion Love, the Love of people for one another, and the Love that IS the Holy Spirit.
